Ford Motor Co.

All work I did for Ford Motor Co is covered under NDA. I do not have access to any design work during my tenure at Ford. However, I have provided a brief overview about my work in Ford below.

During my time as Product Manager - Operational Analytics, I led the analytics initiative for Ford Drive business, where Mustang Mach-E vehicles were leased to drivers registered with Uber. Developed a De-Centralized Cloud based Data Platform to gather data from multiple internal and external sources to generate metrics and provide insights to business and drivers.

 

  • Collaborated with Business and Product Leaders to outline MVP and define a roadmap.

  • Worked with the Chief Architect and Product Line managers to define architecture for MVP and End-State goal.

  • Delivered MVP within 30 Days with a fully functional Operational Dashboard for Ford Drive Business.

  • Defined quarterly OKRs to deliver on the milestones outlined in the roadmap.

  • Managed backlogs, led grooming sessions and worked towards the End State Cloud Architecture while continually supporting Ford Drive’s requirements.

  • Created Onboarding, Authentication and Ingestion APIs to automate Data Acquisition from different sources within Ford.

  • Worked with Data Scientists and Customer Care Division to connect customer data points from different applications.

  • Worked with Uber’s Product Teams to improve driver experience.

  • Worked on 3rd party data integrations – Amplitude, Qualtircs, RideCell etc.

Before taking the role of a Product Manager, I started with Ford Motor Co as a Product designer. 

In my role as a Product Designer, I handled end to end user experience of 3 products, from user research to delivery of high fidelity prototypes.

  • ​Worked for AV-TAAS Division(Autonomous Vehicles – Transportation As A Service)

  • Implemented a User Research framework and conducted User Interviews and Usability Testing sessions with customers.

  • Worked with Product Managers and Product Owners to understand the product line roadmap and design new features/update existing features.

  • Designed POCs for Ford’s new TAAS Vertical - Ford Pro.

  • Designed a wizard to help customers understand and use Symphony - Ford’s Solver Algorithm.

  • Part of the core team that developed Ford Design System which is now being globally adopted by Ford.

  • Redesigned apps based using Ford Design System.
